Nasdaq Tallinn decided to add the observation status to the shares of AS Tallink Grupp (TAL1T, ISIN code: EE3100004466) starting from today, June 17, 2024, based on the clause 3.5.4.6 of chapter Supervision of the rules and regulations (Supervision Rules).

Observation status will be applied due to information given in stock exchange announcement made on June 17, 2024, where AS INFORTAR announced the decision to make an offer to acquire all shares of AS Tallink Grupp.

The purpose of applying observation status is to alert the market participants.

Supervisory Board'o nmuomonė dėl supirkimo, atrodo tarsi badnoma kažkiek taisysti situaciją dėl šito tokio netikėto supirkimo ir sakyti, kad negatyvių pasėkmių nebus. Aišku smagu, kad "To the knowledge of the Supervisory Board, no member of the Supervisory Board or Management Board intends to accept the Offer", kas siunčiu žinutę, kad tie 0,55 tikrai per pigu.

The deadline of the Offering is at 16:00 on 5 August 2024. Tallink shareholders that wish to offer Shares to the Offeror during the Offering, can do so according to the procedure specified in the Prospectus from the date of publication of this Notice of Offering i.e. from 10:00 on 2 July 2024 until the deadline of the Offering at 16:00 on 5 August 2024.

The Offeror shall publish the results of the Offering according to the applicable legislation after the end of the Offering period on or about 7 August 2024.
